Online Enrollment (New Students)
Click Enroll a New Student, choose the school year, and create an account with your name, email, and a password. Check your email for the verification link, then enter your student’s information screen by screen.
You’ll be asked for: general student information, language, parent information, physician, emergency contacts, health survey, immunizations, other district enrollments, and authorizations. When finished, review everything and click Finish and Submit. You can print a copy for your records.
Follow the on-screen prompt to confirm your student’s information. Click Change to edit and Save to keep your changes.
Authorizations include field trip permission, emergency treatment consent, and photo/video release. Mailing address changes are confirmed by the school afterward.
Once your student is in our system, the school will give you a Student ID and Verification Password Code (VPC). Use them to create an Aeries Parent Portal account to view attendance and grades and to register in future years.

Live in Garvey? Enroll at your home school first, then apply for a permit. If granted, your student’s records transfer automatically.
Live outside Garvey? You’ll need a permit granted by Garvey School District.

Debe tener una dirección válida dentro de los límites del Distrito Escolar Garvey para utilizar este sistema. Debe inscribirse para la escuela asignada, a pesar de que planea solicitar un permiso para una escuela preferida. El proceso en línea típicamente toma 20-30 minutos.
