2026–27 School Year: Applications will be available starting July 2026. An email will be sent to all currently enrolled parents who have an existing Aeries account.
Woodcraft Rangers provides a quality after school program at every Garvey school, from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. The program includes homework support and a variety of high-interest club activities.

Current families: watch for an email sent to the address on your Aeries account, or download the application below.
New to the district? Call (626) 307-3400 to let us know, and we’ll email you the application once it becomes available.

Turn It In at Your Child’s School
Applications are accepted in person only at your child’s school, starting about 1½ weeks before the first day of school.

Hear Back Before September
Woodcraft Rangers staff will email or call you with the status of your application and your child’s placement.

Is my child eligible?
The program is open to students enrolled in TK through Grade 8 for the current school year.
Is the program free?
Yes. There is no cost.
Is it first-come, first-served?
We do our best to accommodate all students. If applications exceed capacity, Woodcraft Rangers places students on a waitlist while additional staff are hired.
Is there a deadline?
No. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and a waitlist is available.
